At Zach Top Official Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
